Multilingual Teams | The Challenge 

Before partnering with Everywhere English, some employees faced difficulties with communication. Irish Oxygen takes health and safety seriously, and it was important to them that all employees could understand and follow processes and procedures. 

There were challenges in day-to-day operations, and an occasional slowdown on the job. 

The Approach for English Learning

Everywhere English delivered tailored lessons focused on practical communication skills for the workplace, including Health & Safety as well as customer service for Front of House Employees. The training addressed both spoken and listening skills, with real-life scenarios relevant to the employees’ roles.

The learners had access to a self-learning hub and had one-to-one online lessons with a tutor. Learners were also tested every 12 weeks to ensure progress was being made. 

The Result

Employees have become more confident in their work. They are now more willing to take on new responsibilities. Morale has improved, with employees feeling happier and more capable in their positions.
